Michael Spine has twenty-five years of healthcare strategy, planning, and business development experience. Michael has worked with the Sisters of Charity of Nazareth Health System, Catholic Health Initiatives and Bon Secours Health System – assisting these organizations to position themselves for success in various markets.
During his 15- year tenure at the $3.4 billion Maryland-based Bon Secours Health System, Michael served in the senior executive roles for innovation, service line, marketing, and strategy, business development and managed care for the system and/or, at various times, its key component sub-systems.
Michael develops approaches for health systems that improve their strategic position aiding in enhancing health outcomes of the communities served. Michael has a Master of Arts in Sociology from the University of Louisville in 1991, a Master of Health Administration from the University of Minnesota in 2006 and is a 2013 GE fellow from the Health Management Academy
